Horizon HobbyReviews of horizonhobby.com

They have a great selection of products and help is just a call or click away. They have pretty fast shipping and are an over all good value.

I am very pleased with horizon hobby. I receive great service and find what I need at competitive prices. My packages are received undamaged and in the time promised. Thank you. Gregory

What was I thinking!!? I've had trouble with this company before, but did I learn my lesson? Apparently not. On 8/22 I eagerly and naively ordered Athearn coupler covers. When they didn't show up in a few weeks I did their snotty little chat thing on line and got a "case number". They never responded to that, either. Now, almost 2 months out, I inquired as to the status of my order and they have no record! Why are you ghosting me Horizon Hobby? Was the part I ordered perhaps OUT OF STOCK and you were afraid to let out that little detail? Terrible customer service. Shame on you!

LOUSY customer support!! I bought a Arrma granite Mega 665 RC-car 3 months ago for my son. The 665 brushed motor completely died (overheated and burnt) after only 5 times of carefull driving on the street. The brushless motors are great but the brushed motor in the 665 Mega is an absolute PEACE OF SHIT!! A Chinese 5€ motor is a lot better then this JUNK!! There are a lot of complaints on the internet regarding de 665 Mega. Never buy an Arrma with this worthless 665 motor, its a total waste of your money!! So far the junk quality of the drive-train... If the customer support would be any good then i could live with the shitty quality but unfortunately the customer support is as bad as the quality...... 2 months ago horizon hobby was contacted by the store where i bought the granite (Toemen) and they promised to sent a new motor. After a month waiting i contacted them myself (i did not get any reply from Horizon) and my store (Toemen) also contacted them again for the motor. And now again a month later still nothing.... My son is very disappointed that his car he got for his birthday died after just 5 runs and the customer service is non-existent... You think Arrma would be a good brand but i would be better of buying a cheap-ass Chinese car from Intertoys for less then half the price......

My most recent order included 2 items that were not in stock. I was hoping they would arrive when the system indicated, and they did. They showed as in stock for September (August order), and I received them in mid-September. Horizon Hobby has had great customer service for me. The team responds to my questions via chat, email, or even phone calls when I need help. When parts are in stock, they ship quickly. When parts are backordered, they ship as soon as they arrive at the warehouse. The backorders are shown on the part so I know when I can expect them to arrive. I have had great success with the E-flite RC models. They fly as I well as I, the pilot, can. Issues are often just my lack of understanding that can be corrected by the customer service team.

I have nothing but great things to say for Horizon, their products and customer service. I have several of their RC's and only had 1 issue where I needed to reach out to customer service with an issue and they were quick to get me what I needed to get bashing. I will continue being loyal customer of theirs and suggest you give them a try too!

I started coming to Horizon after, they shut down the arrma-rc.com website. After my first purchase, I have been purchasing from them every since. They Have everything in stock for me, for all of my vehicles? And they also have super fast shipping. Almost Amazon, like great company with great service. They have my business!
