They just really helped great customer service love my agent me out with my
They just really helped me out with my auto and homeowners insurance. Great customer service. They’re there for me when I have questions and I like that it’s locally owned right in my hometown so I can either stop in or call my agent and he’s there for me very happy customer thank you.

My payments were misplaced by your…
My payments were misplaced by your agents as a result my monthly insurance rate increased from $255 to $376 a month which is higher than my previous company which was $290 and that was the reason why I switched to Horace Mann in the first place.
