Perhaps I got an agent in an off time
Perhaps I got an agent in an off time. However, I am still waiting for my copy of my auto policy. To get my auto insurance policy card , I had to contact the headquarters, and even then it was not an easy task. For an insurance company with educators a priority, this has been a nightmare. My solution was to find another insurance company, which I did.

I am very irritated that I never…
I am very irritated that I never received paper copies of auto insurance cab cards, which I specifically requested when we signed up. I was assured they had been ordered. I have also had great difficulty getting signed up on your online site. About the only thing that seems to be working so far is the auto payments from my bank account to pay for our home owner policy, which we have also not received hard copy documents of.

Lack of communication
