Cathy and Neil are excellent customer service managers. They understand customers' issues and will think out of the box to resolve their problems. Their out-serving customers is exemplary and should be emulated by all on the service teams. I have been with hopshopgo for more than 5 years and I have encountered various issues and only Cathy and Neil have proven themselves time and again! Keep up the good work guys!

Ordered from Apple.com to my US hopshopgo address, but was nervous since it was the first use of the re-shipping service. But no need for that at all. Delivery from Apple arrived correctly and within 2 working days was registered for shipping processing through their online site - easy and guides process. Shipped with DHL very quickly with perfect tracking info and received on normal shipping in 3 days from US to Denmark! - that is impressively good service. I will definitely use their service again.

I paid for cell phone and fila shoes for an ebay and forward them to Hopshopgo warehouse.after one and half week later they arrived to hopshopgo warehouse and i received and email from hopshopgo confirmation email they arrived to their warehouse, also they notifying they store 30days free of charge storage for every items.Hereafter the day before yesterday i saw spam email on my gmail account and i opened and read the email that i have received from them.they was asking my proof of id and proof of billing details. Just a couple of minutes i sent them my passport and paypal payment details.after sent my documents i received an email they review my documents and within 1,2 days they email me again.i was waiting 2 days they didnt email me, here after i contacted their customer support using chat very difficuly within 6hours because they are not coming to chat instantly. The person chat on live support told me, they returned my package back to merchant and i asked proof of returned details from him. They told me they cannot provided returned details with me. hereafter i contacted seller on ebay, and asked that my items have they received back to them. They told me they cannot track returned items without tracking number. Also i contacted an another seller, that seller is selling fila shoes, that seller also told me they cannot track returned parcels without tracking because they ship lot of parcels internationally and in domesticlly. I think hopshopgo team stolen my cell phone and fila shoes. I'm not recommend this site for any one.

It cost me $252 to ship a pair of slippers from the US to Australia. The online quote estimate said $90 (using their exact measurements and weight)which with discounts was excessive but bearable. Once I shipped my items to them they added on all sorts of hidden costs - Australian Duty (despite the quote saying all taxes included) Mandatory Insurance, Volumetric Weight Add ons, Air Fuel Surcharges, the list goes on. They refused to give me a refund of the excess amount despite admitting that their quote site does not include all charges as stated and said they would be updating the site shortly to give a more accurate estimate. As the company is owned by PayPal the claim to PayPal was also dismissed. I very strongly recommend against using their services unless you have money to burn!
