I have been using HopShopGo for several years and they have been reliable in shipping the packages to the final destination. However, i have not managed to contact anyone at HopShopGo and there's no more livechat agent for about 2 weeks. My packages have been delivered to the allocated suite address according to sellers' tracking numbers but no update at HopShopGo. No people answered my email and my telephone. What is happening? Are they stealing my packages? Any kind soul to help?

I didn't expect the fast and no hassle delivery to my local address . Checking out my package was also smooth. Will order again thru hopshopgo.

HopShopGo is a commendable platform to shop from popular US stores. Their service is good. Although I just seem to notice a common problem that once my package arrived, it doesn’t automatically show to my list of packages and I have to contact their customer service to fix it. Nonetheless, their customer service are efficient in resolving the issue and making sure that they provide a quality service to their customers like me. I just hope that this problem will be fix to avoid inconveniences. I still highly recommends HopShopGo as their service is very helpful to me, shopping to US brands and shipping it to Asia has never been so easy for me. The transaction is also fast and secured which is a huge plus!
