Workers were polite and discussed all the work they were doing. Did a good job of cleaning up after work was completed.

Hope Plumbing came out to install a new tankless water heater and remove the old one. They did a great job, made sure everything was working correctly in a follow-up visit, and were fairly priced! I'll definitely keep them in mind for some more extensive plumbing projects down the line!

I needed a gas line capped off to an out-of-place fireplace in our living room. I reached out to Hope Plumbing and they got a technician out to our house later that afternoon, and the line was capped off in a matter of 30 minutes. All-in-all, I would 100% recommend Hope Plumbing for any plumbing needs to anybody.

Earlier this month I called Hope Plumbing for what I thought was going to be a simple fix and replacement of a downstairs toilet. Thomas came out and determined that the problem was more extensive, and the next day he returned to replace and install a defective pipe connected to the main shut off valve, and installed a new, easier to use shut off valve. After removing the old toilet, Jacob snaked the sewer line to see if there was a problem with roots. Then Ryan came to run a camera through the sewer line, as he showed me on an ipad the problems caused by failing clay tiles and separating offsets (which meant I needed to replace the 70 yr old sewer line). While this was a huge, unexpected shock, Ryan was extremely professional and went out of his way to explain all my options cost-wise for the work to be performed, and setting up a start date for the sewer replacement. He also installed the new toilet, and a new water shut off valve to that toilet. I would definitely recommend Hope Plumbing, and Thomas, Jacob, and Ryan are great representatives for their company. I also appreciate that they arrived at the scheduled time and notified me when they were on their way.

We had a referral to Hope from a realtor. We called and a guy came out. He was here 15 minutes total, cut a hole in my wall and said he fixed the leak. They charged us $377 which we paid on the spot. He didn't leave a work order/summary and was told it would come by email. That week we never received the "emailed" summary of what he actually did. When we called to say it wasn't fixed they sent someone else out who looked at it and agreed it wasn't fixed but offered no reason or explanation for what his co-worker did and then asked us to do a leak test from our toilets with food coloring/dye and let them know the results. NO one reimbursed me my money and my pipe is still leaking. I cannot believe how we were lead to believe Hope plumbing would be great. The only reason they will be coming back is to fix what is wrong with my pipe, otherwise I'll be using someone else next time. Very disappointed

Great work. It was messy because of all the rain we'd had, but they managed to get it done and am so happy to have a dry basement again
