We brought these guys in to fix some previous work that had not been done well. We are confident that the Hope fellows will do the right thing and not charge us for unnecessary work.

Evan, very professional and pleasant, advised and showed me the options for my choosing, plus gave me helpful pointers on do's and dont's. Hope Plumbing, again, did a great job.

Hope replaced our sump pump. They were prompt, and clearly explained our options. The ump was installed efficiently.

Though they came out right away and declared an emergency for our situation (Wed.), it wasn't until Mon. that they seemed to be able to repair our problem. We were thrown into a very tough situation trying to greatly restrict drainage water—no showers (2 min., but it takes longer than that to warm it up) and only one flush/hour. They need a contingency plan if they are going to take on an emergency situation so they don't have to tell their customer they have to wait 4 days. All technicians though, were very knowledgeable and friendly. We would call them again if we don't have a time-sensiitve problem.

Did good work, but I believe they were overpriced. I am regretting not shopping around a bit and taking them at their word with pricing, as we had quite a bit of work done. Also, I was quoted one amount for an additional project, then when they came to do it, I was given a quote 4 TIMES the original. Had to send the plumber away without doing the job. Was contacted by their office to see what they could do, and they said they would get back to me. Never heard from them again.

The overall experience was Very Good. The Plumber was neat and courteous, on time with projects. Due to how our house was originally constructed it did present challenges so Adam did encounter a learning curve. The Office Staff was very helpful and Great to work with. Only down side was Pricing. I was under a start up constraint so I did not have time to shop around but I am still very Pleased with the end result.
