I would give 0 stars if I could.Exactly the same situation as other people are posting about the company.I got an email on January 6 stating; "we're getting your order ready to be shipped. We will notify you when it has been sent." Sent three emails asking about the shipment and last email ..asking for a refund for $138.11. No response whatsoever. Meantime I got masks somewhere else and they arrived promptly. I started a process of being refunded, at PayPal. Awful experience. Not sure if they are scam or they just do not care at all about customers as a demand might be big so money are coming anyway.

So this morning I received an email from PayPal after filing a complaint with them on January 18th. "Case closed in your favor." They went on to state, "We reviewed the case you filed on January 18, 2022 and have decided in your favor. We've issued a refund of $64.02 USD to you." Within minutes, I received FIVE emails from Hope Health Supply who previously ignored my requests for a refund. In1st email they stated they refunded my money, no mention about PayPal refunding my money. 2nd email "we apologize for the unexpected delay and thank you for your continued patience." 3rd email they stated, "We can't seem to find any orders that correspond to this email address. Would you mind sending us your order number as well as the date of the order?" 4th email they once again stated "We can't seem to find any orders that correspond to this email address. Would you mind sending us your order number as well as the date of the order?" 5th email "We can't seem to find any orders that correspond to this email address." Do NOT purchase from this company. No company should advertise their masks are in stock, take payment, then ignore customers for weeks on end. If you purchased using PayPal file a complaint with them to get your money refunded. As someone else suggested, you can file a scam complaint with the FTC. I did file a complaint.

There is something wrong with this company. Main phone number answering machine refers you to another number which refers you back to the first number. Call your bank, tell them you’ve been scammed, and dispute the charge. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS “COMPANY.” Unethical, unprofessional, and falsely advertises. YOU WILL HIGHLY REGRET IT!!! Buyer beware.

My January 4th order, for 100 masks, and a covid rapid test, which I upgraded to the two day delivery, was paid for the very instant I placed the order, and of course like every other consumer on here, am still awaiting order confirmation and they have told PayPal that’s order is being shipped, I’ve attempted to explain to PayPal that the order shows a shipping label, but in actuality still nothing to ship. Almost a month, no word other than an automated loop of “you’re a sucker”! And “due to covid lots of our staff is out”. Doesn’t demonstrate how effectively their masks work, or they aren’t using the masks themselves. So drop the as campaign if you aren’t able to send out orders, but if you’ve got a good fraud going on, why end now!!!? Update: I was given my money back by PayPal sometime in mid February (I paid for two day shipping) ordered first part of January. The masks came first part of March. Heard nothing from the shop, never was able to speak with anyone. I was compelled to send masks back, but the hours spent finding out about the orders…are about 500.00 of my time. My hope for hope is simply, tell people what’s going on. And update your info on line, explain that it may take three months. Thanks

I ordered 30 masks on January 6th and have yet to receive my order. I emailed them on the 19th requesting to cancel my order and got an automated response that they would get back to me within 24 hours. After 2 days of not getting a response I tried to call and got nothing. I decided to open a case with PayPal to dispute the charge. They have until the 30th to responde to PayPal. I got an email on the 24th saying they were “packing up my order”. As of now there has been no movement showing that my order is being shipped. Who knows if I will actually get my order or not.

It appears that I have been scammed along with a lot of other people. I ordered masks on January 7th and was charged immediately. These masks were “in stock”. It is now January 27th. I have sent four emails with no response. I have tried calling the number given and a message refers you to their email. I have brought it to the attention of Pay Pal. Maybe the masks will show up. Maybe not.

This is a terrible company to do business with. Recieved knock off Kn95 masks and took multiple calls to get it resolved. Gave them the benefit of the doubt and ordered again. Same thing. I was billed 81 dollars inNovember for the same inferior knock off masks and no one will return my calls or emails. If you don't want to be scammed beware.

On January 19th I ordered 30 KN95 masks (black). The site said they were in stock. I never received any confirmation of my PayPal payment. After contacting them I was told they were back ordered and had no idea when they would be shipped. This is a very deceptive practice of advertising. They knew damn well they didn’t have the masks in stock. PAYPAL has been notified and hopefully they will terminate any agreement they have with HOPE HEALTH SUPPLY!
