I guess I have to rate with one star to write the review,it doesn’t deserve it.Just like the other reviews I ordered 1-9-22 was supposed to be text next day then shipped out 2 to 3 days later,no response by 1-19-22 so I contacted BBB who contacted them 1-20-22 @7:am at 11:am Same day I get text (we’re packing up your order!) now 1-31-22 no order no refund?

Edit: someone else noted there are two websites - .com and .store. However, the customer service email on both websites is the same. Will update later. Total scam; ordered on Jan. 8 with 2-day shipping and obviously received nothing. Don’t believe any positive reviews, including the ones here. It’s obvious the company buys and/or fabricates positive reviews. As others have said, I couldn’t get in contact with customer service through either email or telephone.Hopefully everyone can get their money back from this scam company (including myself since I paid with debit. Learned my lesson there).

I agree with several of the other reviewers. I have attempted numerous times to contact Hope Health Supply and never receive a response. My second batch of masks are terrible - they are huge and fit terribly. I purchased on Paypal and hope I will be able to get my money back. Buyer Beware!

During 2021 I discovered HopeHealth Supply and ordered a large quantity of KN95 face masks and was very pleased with the product. I placed a second order before my first one was used up. That order arrived but I didn’t open any of the packets until I needed them. I was more than shocked to see that none of the 5 packets of 5 masks — 25 total — had an inner protective layer as the previous batch did. I called but was advised to send an email describing the issue. I did that along with 4 photos—the two different packages that the masks were in and the two different masks. No response. I do not expect to receive a reply much less a refund. I will no longer do business with this company. I regret referring so many of my friends to them as well. After extensive research I have found KN95 masks made in the USA from a reputable company.

Their website lies about their rating giving themselves 5 stars. It's a lie! Trustpilot provides the truth! This is the worst company I've every worked with. They do not respond to emails and take a long time to ship. I requested cancellation of my order and they never responded. I later disputed the charge to my credit card company after not hearing from them for 12 days. On the day I disputed this charge, I received an email saying my items have shipped. The next day I checked the status of the shipment and is says shipping label was created. I believe this is a scam company. I'm going to continue my dispute.

If you check the website virtually every review is positive. How bogus. So obviously they paid for those reviews. This is by far the worst company I've ever dealt with. They take the money and they want to never gets shipped.

January 30, 2022 (UPDATE) My order was placed on January 11, 2022 and the attempt to charge my card was immediately. What I didn't realize when you pay through PayPal, they do not release your money to the merchant until you receive your purchase because the merchant has to send PayPal some type of confirmation code # they shipped your merchandise. The company never responded to me. Nor did I receive my item until after I reported them to PayPal stating the company scammed me and I wanted a refund. PayPal started an investigation and reached out to the company and just like a magician waving a magic wand, I all of a sudden 3 days later get a text alert from the company advising my item shipped. Approximately, 7-8 days after reporting them to PayPal, I finally received my KN95 Black mask I ordered. I notified PayPal I received the item and they advised they were going to release the funds and close the case. I truly believe if PayPal had not stepped in, I still would not have received my mask. I've been with PayPal for many years and I never pay for online orders using my bank or credit card directly because the merchant gets your money right away and with PayPal they don't. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY ___________________________ January 19, 2022 This company has not responded to my email status inquiries and an automated email response does not count. The company is not answering their phone. All you get is a voice mail telling you to email them. I looked up reviews on this company and almost every review says they are experiencing the same thing I am. The company immediately charged and took my money and now I cannot get a response from them. I tried to sign up for email or text status updates on their site but this option seems to be locked and unavailable. I wish I'd did my due diligence prior to ordering from this company and read the reviews because the majority are saying their money was taken and they have not received their orders and the company is not responding to them. I feel I have been scammed at this point and have requested PayPal to refund my money. If you're reading these reviews about this company, heed what they say. I normally read reviews first before ordering from a unknown company. Not sure why I missed doing it with this company but never again... Don't have any pics to include being I haven't received my order.

I ordered 5 pks of 5 masks EACH. Accidently ordered TWICE. Emailed company immediately and they did not CANCEL one order. Ended up giving some to friends. TERRIBLE quality. Strings keep coming loose - often BEFORE masks are worn even once. NOT WORTH $2 EACH. I would NOT recommend.
