I have had the ear strap brake on…
I have had the ear strap brake on several of my masks in the last batches that I ordered. I have had to reinforce the masks with needle and thread. I also have one mask that is missing an ear strap.

Lovely customer service
Lovely customer service. The only reason why I didn’t give 5 stars is a batch of the masks came with uneven loops, and recently the loops have been breaking off of the masks (2 broke from this last bag). But I’ve been using these masks since 2020, and overall I am satisfied.
