In addition to great cash back rates and deals, I love the ease of use and friendly customer service of this site. Makes for a great shopping experience. I got back from a vacation I had booked and the cash back was great to see!

They won’t honor rebate offerings and lie and say I didn’t qualify for some random excuses. Needs to be a class action lawsuit against them. EDIT: I am a customer, and I do have an account with hoopladoopla, still waiting for my payout. Ignore their reply that claims I am not a customer, notice how they ignore my problem and instead accuse me instead of attempting to rectify the situation. EDIT 2: they are so hell bent on suppressing my review and not paying and honoring the rebate program they reported my review to trustpilot and made me provide documentation to prove hoopladoopla continues to lie instead of honoring their rebate program.

We pay our members quarterly, based on transactions in their account that have cleared 90 days. If you have transactions that have met this criteria, and your balance is above our minimum payment threshold, your cleared balance will be paid out at our next pay period. In addition, please make sure your payment information is up to date in your account at all times. We wouldn't want you to miss out on your cash back. :) See payment schedule below. https://hoopladoopla.com/help/category/3/article/18

Was always skeptical of the 5% cashback on Walmart but still tried using this site last week. After the purchase using their link, it showed "awaiting shopping details" under earnings but now it has disappeared. What a waste, I should have known better.

Zeeshan, thank you for reaching out. We have reviewed your account, and unfortunately Walmart did not report any purchases to us for your account. There is nothing to be skeptical about. We process thousands of purchases with Cash Back Rewards each day, and have a customer service system in place to resolve any rare missing orders. Based on our review, your missing purchase was never reported to us, so the first we heard about it was in this public forum, and we have no information to bring resolution aside from a public complaint. If you would like to provide your order information through the form provided on our website, we would be happy to review and contact Walmart on your behalf in order to resolve. All the best, and we look forward to hearing from you!
