Ordered a bumper bracket on the sept 13 asked for an update received one on 25th saying it was shipped, asked for tracking info received nothing, asked for another update after receiving no response got nothing I have no idea what is happening with my order, I don’t know if I’m ever going to get it. They’re fast to take your payment but after that seems like you’re on your own. If I don’t receive an update soon I will be in contact with my bank and get them to get me my money back. I was happy to start with but now I’m just being ignored and for the last three weeks nearly 4 weeks I just have a very large heavy paper weight that resembles a rear bumper.

I bought a bumper from Hooke Road to replace the aftermarket bumper I bought 3 years ago from a competitor. Hooked Road bumper is built way better and I look for it to last many years.

the customer service and response time from this company is definitely far above most companies today . they got back to me every time with in 24 hrs! definitely i company i will and have recommended already!!

Bought a Hooke Road Roof Rack for Bronco 4dr. Fedex shipped from California. Somewhere along the way FedEx destroyed the box, and retaped it all up . After opening I found the rack parts where all there and not damaged. However, they lost the bag of bolts & nuts & washers to build it with. I contacted Hooke Customer Service - Celine - and explained the situation. She had a new bag sent from China and I received it it the 10 day window she promised. Bad circumstances made right.

HOOKE ROAD products are well made, look Awesome, affordable. Our 2021 Sarge Green Wrangler Sahara got the whole kit 3 years ago. Mad Max bumper, Windshield Grille, Rear bumper, Running boards. Never a problem. Just installed the same on 2023 Gladiator. They have made improvements and the windshield grille is even better! All went on without any real problems. Instructions are not great. For a 75 year old back yard mechanic though I figured it out and so can you. My Gladiator is White and wow does the kit really pop. We get compliments and rubber Duckies all the time on Sarge. Really excited how great the Gladiator looks!

Shipped wrong bumper and they would not make it right. No refund , no explanation, no nothing. Bought it through eBay, huge mistake Do your research thoroughly

Bought a bumper and needed it. Product showed up in poor condition, metal light bracket was snapped, dents, and wiring was smashed/cut from poor delivery handling. Contacted through email because their number does not work. Then they replied to my review, then removed it. BUYER BEWARE.

Purchased the rocker guards and front bumper for my Crosstrek. Shipping was fast, parts fit perfectly, they even sent me extra mounting brackets. A+ service, will absolutely order more parts in the future. Thank you! Highly recommended!
