FedEx damaged the first bumper Hooke Road sent, however they didn't wait to receive it back. They immediately sent a replacement. As compensation Hooke Road sent a fuel door I had wanted for free. I no longer have a faded "Opar" fuel door and my rear bumper looks great!

Talk about an Amazing company with Outstanding Customer Service. I am totally impressed with the customer service I received from Ms. Celine. I contacted her about an issue my daughter's Jeep Jk Rear bumper tire carrier was having with the spindle alignment in to the lock. I sent pictures for clarification and once Celine seen the photos, she sent my issue to the Hooke Road Engineering team for review and disposition. The team identified the issue very quickly and responded, letting me know that they were going to Custom make me a new spindle to correct the alignment issue. I was ecstatic because I have been dealing with this alignment issue for close to a year. Every time my daughter had to get in the rear storage area, I had to go out and meet her to use my body weight and push down on the tire carrier to get the spindle to disengage from the lock. Keep in mind that there is already a 35X12.5X18 tire and rim mounted on the carrier so that's a bunch of weight needed to get the spindle to disengage. Celine notified me that the part was made and asked for my address so they could ship it out. I received the part a few days later and it works perfectly. The engineering team couldn't have made a better fit if they had the bumper on hand in the shop. This bumper now opens and closes like butter, so smooth!!! I am so impressed with how the team at Hooke Road handled this issue and how well the tire carrier worked that I stood in the driveway and waited for my daughter to get home from school so I could watch her open and close the tire by herself. Op's check good, she was happy as could be that she was finally able to access the storage area without having to ask for help. ***If you ever wanted to get yourself a great bumper and know that there is a team of Professionals that will have your back after the purchase, take a close look at Hooke Road for your next vehicle bumper. I have several of their products for our jeeps and will definitely purchase more in the future. Quality products with a Outstanding Team that stands behind them. Thanks again to Celine from Customer Service and the entire Engineering team for a job well done!!!

It is perfect. This roof rack is the ONLY ONE! I have been looking for one for TEN YEARS 🤷 and finally found it. Thank you very much 😌.

Excellent bumper and great customer support. I had an issue with one of the fog lights and they sent a new right out. Love the Hooke Road team, would definitely recommend!

I ordered the wrong parts and Celine put out an intercept on the shipment and stopped it in transit! Saved a bunch of time and hassle. Meanwhile I ordered the correct parts and they shipped at the same time and I still completed the project on time. The products are awesome and the customer service was over the top!

The company will not return messages when you have an issue with their product Edit.. the company's response, a link to email customer service stating they cannot find my order. Stay away from this company, I truly believe they are fraudulent. Any company that refuses to communicate with a simple phone call... Buyer beware.

The products are high quality and easy to install and they were packed very well and customer service is excellent.

I ordered a skid plate, front and rear bumper, inner wheel well liners, and fender flares for my Jeep. I received my parts on two separate shipments. All the boxes looked good except for the ones containing the bumpers. The bumpers had minor paint scuffs, but I was able to touch them up. The packing could be better when it comes to shipping heavy items like bumpers. Other than that, I’m pleased with the products that I had ordered. The quality and price point were both good.
