The company will not return messages when you have an issue with their product Edit.. the company's response, a link to email customer service stating they cannot find my order. Stay away from this company, I truly believe they are fraudulent. Any company that refuses to communicate with a simple phone call... Buyer beware.

Ordered a bumper bracket on the sept 13 asked for an update received one on 25th saying it was shipped, asked for tracking info received nothing, asked for another update after receiving no response got nothing I have no idea what is happening with my order, I don’t know if I’m ever going to get it. They’re fast to take your payment but after that seems like you’re on your own. If I don’t receive an update soon I will be in contact with my bank and get them to get me my money back. I was happy to start with but now I’m just being ignored and for the last three weeks nearly 4 weeks I just have a very large heavy paper weight that resembles a rear bumper.

Shipped wrong bumper and they would not make it right. No refund , no explanation, no nothing. Bought it through eBay, huge mistake Do your research thoroughly

Bought a bumper and needed it. Product showed up in poor condition, metal light bracket was snapped, dents, and wiring was smashed/cut from poor delivery handling. Contacted through email because their number does not work. Then they replied to my review, then removed it. BUYER BEWARE.

I've sent 3 email asking to return a skid plate that was not installed. Its amazing how many time I need to tell them I would like to return the skid plate and they respond with no usesfull information and keep asking if I want to retunr the item. Going with company that dosen't waist your time

Over a month ago I ordered a bed rack. When it arrived it was missing parts. I asked to do a return and they told me they would refund $40 and in 2 weeks I would have my missing parts I tried to follow up with them and they refuse to respond to my emails. I wrote a bad review on their website and they removed it. Buyer beware!

This company is a joke horrible customer service that is if you can get in touch with anyone. I ordered a roof rack that was supposed to be here in a week as they told me two weeks later all it shows the shipping label created and can’t contact anyone to just cancel this order. I should’ve read all the reviews that show this is how they operate. Good luck to anyone who buys anything from them.

Poor customer service. Was literally playing games with me by stalling on sending a return label. They act like children and never gave me my refund for an unused mad max windshield frame. I definitely don’t recommend this company
