WATCH OUT EVERYBODY...we placed an order on 4-10 and it's now 5-14. The excuse I keep seeing HOOK 360 saying on Facebook is the courier is behind. I ship to and from south Florida daily with no issue. Tried calling, emailing several times with no response.

Been waiting a month for 4 gaiters. No updates. No way to email or call customer service. Would have canceled weeks ago but these are for my 4 kids.

This is my third order with Hook 360 within a months timeframe for their neck gaiters. The quality is good and the price is even better (4 for $19.99!). I was very impressed with the Customer Service that I received to help accommodate the shipping of my orders. I highly recommend to make a purchase from this company.

The gaiters are great. Very comfortable and they stay in place. I'm very satisfied with my order and will be a repeat customer.

I think we all understand what happened in COVID19 with delays to everything. However Hook360 kept me informed and even went so far as to provide an extra gaiter. I did not ask for it but it sure was appreciated!! The product is excellent! Thank you very much for a good experience!!

The worst customer service ever. They can’t even respond to my emails regarding my order after a month. It looks like they just take your money and that’s it, you can’t get a hold of anyone and they won’t send you the merchandise. I need to find a way to report this.

We placed an order over 15 days ago and still no tracking ☹ Kind of disappointed in your communication of when order will be shipped. Hope we either receive order or get a response soon. Zach Rodgers

My experience with HOOK360 was wonderful. The website is designed beautifully. It is easy to navigate and look at the different products offered. The selection of items to choose from is great and the products are high quality. Customer service is friendly and attentive. It has been a really nice experience and I will order from them again.
