I love my red light wrap
I love my red light wrap! I use it daily and have noticed a huge difference with pain and inflammation in my knee and when my removable battery stopped holding a charge hooga promptly replaced it. Great customer service and would highly recommend!

I had great customer care with Hooga
I had great customer care with Hooga. I needed help figuring out how to attach my panel to the base, and they sent me pictures and videos to make sure I understood how to do it. Their team is super nice and made sure my problem was solved.

Hooga Night Reader is excellent
I recently purchased the Hooga Night reader night light with 3 color settings. A really handy and comforting light to use at night before bed, which is relaxing and doesn't disturb my husband. I had some questions after I purchased the item, and the after sales service was quick, helpful and excellent from Hooga. I highly recommend the night light and will be looking at further purchases

I had great customer care.
I had great customer care. The controller on our Hooga Pod started to act up. I emailed with my concerns and it was resolved within hours. That is great customer service.

I worked with HoogaHeal as an affiliate partner and had sales successfully tracked through my referral link. However, up to now, I have not received the corresponding commission payment, and my follow-up messages have not been clearly resolved. I hope the team can review this matter and provide an update, as I believe transparency and communication are important for long-term partnerships.

They charged my credit card IN FULL…
They charged my credit card IN FULL $1,300+ dollars for the full body pod on the day I ordered it and it is not going to ship to me for at least another MONTH! I contacted them to correct this as they shouldn't charge me until it ships, but they only have an AI generated e-mail response! UGH!

A pre-order reserves a unit from the next production batch, and payment is collected at the time of order to secure that allocation. As soon as inventory arrives, orders are shipped immediately in the order they were received. Regarding support: we do use automated responses to ensure fast acknowledgment.
