Great shipping time
Great shipping time. I thought instructions could be a little clearer. Possibly suggest it has to be charged before first used.

I purchased the red light belt
I purchased the red light belt. The battery does not charge. I contacted the company. I sent the video that was requested. I got an extremely condescending reply which I still have saved. Then I was told "Otherwise, you can just use the direct power adapter to use a wall outlet to power the belt." I paid for a working unit that includes the battery. Instead of offering to replace or exchange the battery I got rude and condescending. This business does not have a phone contact number. I wish I would have seen that red flag. I would not have purchase from them.

That certainly wasn't our intention. The suggestion to use the wall adapter was simply meant to offer another way to use the belt in the meantime, not to avoid addressing the battery issue. I ordered this portable red light to…
I ordered this portable red light to take on vacation with me, so I didn't have to skip treatments with my red light panel at home. Both are from Hooga. The devices are high quality and the customer service is great.

Good purchase
Before buying, I spent weeks researching red light therapy beds. I used AI to compare brands, break down the specs that matter (wavelengths, irradiance, EMF levels, build quality, warranty), and sort through marketing claims versus real data. I was also able to pressure-test my questions and see how different brands stacked up on the things I cared about. HOOGA kept coming out on top. Once I’d narrowed it down, I felt confident in the decision. Now that I’ve had it for almost a month, I’m very satisfied. I keep it set up on a massage table and use it right after my workouts. It’s well built, easy to use, and has lived up to what I expected going in. If you’re on the fence, my advice is to do your homework, which is exactly what I did, and I’d make the same choice again.
