Super fast shipping! I couldn't believe how fast this arrived. I bought the 300. I've been using it everyday. I paid extra for the eye protecting glasses, but it turns out there were a pair of goggles that came with the panel. The goggles are kind of cheap, but they do the job. The glasses are a little more comfortable, but I probably wouldn't have paid for the glasses if I had known the goggles come in the box.

Hey Brian Glad it got there quickly and that you’re putting the HG300 to work every day. Thank you! Good callout on the eyewear. Every panel does include standard protective goggles in the box, and they’re designed to get the job done. The upgraded glasses are there for folks who want something more comfortable for longer sessions — but we understand that preference varies. Appreciate the honest feedback and your support. Cord

My Hooga unit unfortunately did not work when it first arrived; however, without hesitation, Hooga immediately sent a replacement. That level of customer service is rare today and truly appreciated. We’ve now had the replacement for a week and absolutely love it. My daughter recently had surgery and has already noticed a difference after using it. We’re encouraged by the early results and look forward to continued improvement. I’ve also started using it for facial anti-aging and genuinely feel better after each session. It’s wonderful that it offers so many versatile benefits. I highly recommend Hooga — both for their exceptional customer service and for a product that truly delivers.

Hi Alissa Thank you for giving us the chance to make it right. While it’s rare, if something isn’t perfect out of the box, we move fast — that’s non-negotiable. I’m glad the replacement is working as it should. Hearing that your daughter is already noticing a difference post-surgery and that you’re feeling the benefits yourself means a lot. Consistent use is where these panels really shine. We appreciate the trust and the recommendation. Cord

My first impression wasn't very good because I received the panel with a cable that was unusable (for the US, whereas I live in Switzerland). However, customer service was very responsive and handled the situation well. I was able to test the device and the experience was pleasant, although the effects need to be evaluated over the long term (I had a sprained ankle and, from a muscular point of view, it's difficult to say if there has been any improvement after one session).

Hi MB We’re sorry for the oversight. Our panels ship standard with a US plug, and we should have made the compatibility clearer or included the appropriate adapter for your region. If we have the correct power cord in stock for your country, we’ll send one out immediately at no cost. If you prefer to purchase a local plug adapter, send us the receipt and we will reimburse you in full. Please contact our support team directly so we can resolve this quickly. Thanks Cord

I had a very minor issue with my panel - one of the screws on the kickstand kept popping out. I emailed the team and they took care of it right away. They sent me a new one and told me I could keep the old one!

Honestly, I LOVE Hooga. I have had my device for over a year and have seen a noticeable difference in my skin in that time. The customer service has also been fantastic and so helpful any time there are problems.

I absolutely love my Hooga Pro 300 Panel.I've been using it for just 2 weeks and I am already experiencing great result on my puffy eyes bags and on my skin all over. The recommended directions that came with the product are very clear on how to use it on each area of your body which is so helpful and important. I would highly recommend this product. 👌 👍 😄
