Customer service is basically nonexistent. I emailed every address they listed — even the one they gave out in replies — and got nothing back. The only thing they managed to do was subscribe me to their marketing emails. If they can add me to a mailing list, they can answer a support request. Terrible experience. I reached out to the help01 email but no response. Company reached out and was able to resolve the issue.

Ik heb meerdere reviews over Horniture en hun werkwijze geplaatst. Op deze site moest ik lezen dat de koerier de rollerbrush was kwijtgeraakt. Bijzonder dat ik daar niet van op de hoogte ben gesteld. Ik geloof dit bedrijf niet meer. Zeker niet, nu ik weer een bericht krijg om de slechte reviews te verwijder na het eindelijk ontvangen ( na maanden en 30 onbeantwoorde mails) van de rollerbrush. We zijn nog steeds wel blij met de beide types steelstofzuiger. Vooral de pro 7 is bij ons de meest gebruikte. 5 sterren voor de stofzuigers, 2 sterren aftrek voor de afhandeling, communicatie en werkwijze

Not sure why people rave about this X7. It cleans ok but cleaning the filter is a real faff. It works (which is a bonus as I bought it from SnapbuyUK which is on me for not going to a reputable web site) however I think Honiture need to make filter cleaning easier. I do like the extendable handle given I’m 5’3” and my husband is 6’. After reading mixed reviews about the longevity of the X7 we’ll see how it goes… Updated 15.4.26 Thank you for your response, I will email you. One further thing, after writing this review I tried to register my X7 on your web site. Your page thanked me for registering the X7 however all I received was an email welcoming me to your company. Shouldn’t I have received an email confirming the registration? Further update 6 May 2026 Comments re the filter were operator error, cleaning is actually fairly easy. Good service from Honiture who honoured their offer of a second filter. I’ve been using this product for a month now and even on low speed it picks up stuff from carpets. Once again, the adjustable handle is a neat idea given my hobbit hole of an under-stairs cupboard where it lives. As for longevity of the product..watch this space. I’ve altered the star rating from 3 to 4, one year of good service and it’ll get 5!

The payment was taken from the wrong method. I asked to use Clarna and the payment was taken directly from my bank account.

Fin quando era in garanzia Amazon, grazie a loro ho avuto supporto. Dopo di che l’azienda non mi ha aiutato minimamente. Ho scritto via mail, via social, ho provato a chiamare il numero anche se verso l’estero. In compenso però ho iniziato a ricevere un bel po di spam. Peccato però, perché fin quando funzionava il robottino era davvero valido ma una volta finita la garanzia di 2 anni non si connetteva più alla rete Wi-Fi. Secondo me sarebbe utile fidelizzare il cliente e non solo focalizzare su una vendita e basta
