Web site problem. I keyed in my cc billing address and it automatically changed to the shipping address! Clearly i missed the check boxs regarding same not same but DUDE, one should be unable to key in anthing without first checking a box. Better yet, if one keys in a different address for billing, it should be obvious that shipping and billing addresses are DIFFERENT.

Ordered it Monday it arrived Tuesday morning as promised, served it that evening. Seamless ordering online.

You offered only overnight shipping. Very expensive and a waste of money considering average temperatures and the styrofoam shipper you use. Placed order on Thursday tracking shows I might receive it on Tuesday not exactly overnight. Regular ground might have been faster and less expensive. Great product.

We have purchased the smoked salmon for several years. The fish is amazing. We were disappointed with the increase in the shipping cost.

Thank you very much for being a loyal customer, we appreciate your business! With the increased cost of doing business, we have moved from a free shipping platform to paid shipping. In order to keep the cost to our customers down we have lowered the prices online. Where a 4 lb. pack was previously $99.99, we have dropped it to $79.99 to help offset the additional shipping cost. If you would like to save on shipping, you can also find us in numerous locations around the US using our find a store locator: https://honeysmokedfish.com/pages/find-a-store

The salmon is amazing. I have been ordering from here for a few years. The price is expensive on other hand.

Thank you Tammy, we're so glad that you love our product. We are a small batch smoked product, that only uses the highest quality salmon. So even though we fall into the premium price point, we do offer "select a size" pieces at the grocer so you can find the perfect portion to fit into your budget.
