Flavor and fish are good but it is way too salty. I have eaten a lot of smoked salmon and have smoked my own and this would be good if it were not so salty.

Poor smoking process compared to Alaskan source. Also, prefer to pick sockeye salmon.

I bought the smoked salmon spread and the flavors are too busy, too sweet and pungent. Not French bread can't even cut the pungency or strong flavors. I would never buy this product again.

Both editors were open to my suggestions and requests, and I had instant feedback whenever I had questions.

I don't normally write these reviews, but Honey Smoked Fish use to be one of my favorites and now it has changed. I have truly enjoyed Honey Smoked Salmon for over 20 years and have introduced it too many friends and family. It was always a favorite at our family events. My young daughter who is a very picky eater has been enjoying the Honey Smoked Salmon for several years and it has become one of her favorites. Unfortunately, in the last year it seems to have changed and it is not as moist or flavorful as it once was. The color even seems to be different. We started noticing a difference shortly after the packaging changed and wondering if the recipe has changed, because we are honestly not enjoying it much anymore. We really hope that you will go back to whatever you were doing before, PLEASE!!! It truly used to be the best salmon we've ever had! We really hope that this will not continue and Honey Smoked Fish Co will go back to being the best like it once was.

I was disappointed with the shipping charges. And the fact that I did spend $400.0. Earlier it was free shipping.

Web site problem. I keyed in my cc billing address and it automatically changed to the shipping address! Clearly i missed the check boxs regarding same not same but DUDE, one should be unable to key in anthing without first checking a box. Better yet, if one keys in a different address for billing, it should be obvious that shipping and billing addresses are DIFFERENT.
