I was disappointed with the shipping charges. And the fact that I did spend $400.0. Earlier it was free shipping.

I had a very bad review for this in the first place because of the fact the prices were mixed up after I posted that review the people at Honey Smoked Fish got in touch with me and did more than make everything right and we're very courteous and explained everything to me the fish tastes great and it's worth it the gentleman that called me I believe his name is mr. Pike. They fixed the problem for me and every person involved. I'm very impressed with there interest and care in their customers. It is rare that a company cares this way about the customer. Thank you for your time Mr. Pike.

Such a great company fast and easy to order excellent product

Honey Smoked Fish is delicious and you will be beloved if you send it as a gift. It’s a wonderful treat. I prefer the original, followed by the one with cracked pepper. I have not had the one with herbs. I met the founder and former owner, Kevin Mason, at a trade show and its been 12 years of being a happy customer. My only regret is that the shipping cost to New York is high and there are no stores that sell it here. Again, the fish is ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS!

Cost of shipping is astronomical and prohibitive. We would buy every week or in bulk, bc we love the product, but it’s not worth it the extra shipping. It used to be cheaper. And I’ve gone to 4 of the distributors listed and none of them have it.

Everything I ordered arrived ahead of schedule!

The product was fantastic. That's always a given. It was the customer service I received when my delivery went to another home in my neighborhood that really impressed me. Within minutes of emailing the company, someone from the HSF team reached out to try to resolve the situation. They contacted UPS and did the work from there. My neighbor ended up calling me to let me know she received our delivery, but I'm confident HSF would have figured it out on their own as well. Thanks for everything! - Gretchen
