The constant communication Honeydew has with me is amazing. They always get back with me with answers to my questions that I have. They have guided me through this entire process and made it as seamless as possible. The doctors respond or the nurse assistant within a couple hours or less every single time which is amazing. 100% recommend this company! The service was top notch! If I had a question it was immediately addressed. They were compassionate and listened to my concerns. After 37 years of struggling with cystic acne I was finally completely clear after 6 months with amazing follow up care. With insurance my medications only cost $10 a month. Visits were $39 plus $25 for accutane treatment not $300! You can pay $299 not including accutane for the year if you prefer. Don’t let other reviews mislead you on that. Initial consultation was easily and quickly scheduled compared to waiting months to get into a local dermatologist in my area that never listened to anything I had to say. Honeydew providers and other employees were the kindest people and truly care. I also signed my son up after my experience. His provider was not the same one as mine and she was just as amazing! I can’t thank these individuals enough!
