The staff is very responsive and helpful with getting you prescriptions etc. only been on accutane a few weeks so results are still to be seen.

The Honeydewcare team did a fantastic job with me. The Dermatologist Austin Greenwood listened to my concerns and helped me navigate through the process. If I had concerns, he would schedule a video appointment with me and discuss solutions and alternatives. He is well established and is just full of wisdom. As far as Honeydewcare, the website is very clear and tracks your results. You will upload photos and get your blood tested every so often. I have never had such an amazing in the health field until I met this organization.

Pretty cheap for what it is and I have no problems getting my prescription. The care coordinator also responds promptly to all my questions. Nothing negative to say.

I have had a great experience with Honeydew. The doctors and staff are very professional and knowledgeable. They are very responsive, sometimes responding to messages on the weekends and in the evening. Was able to see a doctor in 24 hours. They are open to your own considerations and thoughts. Won't be switching back to an in person dermatologist after this.

I am using Honeydew for my second round of accutane and I cannot stress how much easier things have been this time around. Years ago, it took me several derms and trials of topicals creams and antibiotics before I could finally get prescribed accutane. Then, once you found someone who'd take you seriously, you had to go to the doctor in-person, *every* single month, and then to the pharmacy after you left. It was an EPIC time suck!! Honeydew has completely changed that! Before discovering them, I went to two derms irl who dismissed my concerns about my acne relapsing. My provider here is Candice Choi and on our first video call, she immediately put me at ease and made me feel like my concerns about my acne were valid. Having virtual follow-ups, at home pregnancy tests, and my meds delivered saves so much time. The membership fee seems pricey, but I promise, it's absolutely worth it for the time it gives you back.

This company is the BEST thing that ever happened to me. Getting on accutane was the best decision and honeydew made it possible. Everyone that I have talked to or messaged with has always been so pleasant and kind and truly just amazing.

This company has been a Godsend! Easier and more affordable access to the medication I need which keeps my skin clear. It's such a relief not having to deal with or worry about persistent breakouts. Website is user-friendly and simple to navigate. Their customer service is always on point, I hear back quickly whenever I need to communicate with them. They guide you through the process from start to finish. I can't recommend them enough!
