The entire process has been seamless. Communication is excellent. Response time to any questions is insanely fast. When I went to pick up my first prescription from the pharmacy, the price was much higher than I was expecting. After talking with my local pharmacist, I discovered my insurance required a pre approval. I notified Honeydew of the issue and they took care of contacting my insurance company and obtaining the approval with a day. I was super impressed! I’ve been thoroughly satisfied with the service. AND I’m seeing great improvement in my skin!

Honeydew has been very convenient to use and the team like my provider and the staff coordinator have been very patient with me when I’m behind on filling up my forms. I’m on the microdose of accutane and I have not had any breakouts in months and do not feel much side effects aside from some lip dryness. The pricing is very fair in my opinion especially for the convenience of delivery and the assessments. Highly recommend!
