My team has made navigating this process so easy! I’ve gotten reminders every time there is a task to do, along with clear dates and instructions on how to submit things like the IPLEDGE stuff. They’ve also been very responsive. On the dashboard it says 1-2 business days for a reply but sometimes I’ve even gotten answers the same day!

The process has been extremely easy and my provider and care team are great about communication and listening to my needs. Wow, the people at HoneyDew really made me feel like they actually care about me. Like I’m not just a number. They answer every single question, when I have questions, in a timely manner. No sketchiness with billing and payments. I am really impressed by this company and am so glad I found them. He had bad plaque psoriasis for a while now. It kept getting bigger and in more areas. I was told there was no cure for it so I just went about my days trying to keep it moisturized. Eventually looks up medication for it and HoneyDew had good reviews and feedback. I went with them, and all my psoriasis is now gone!!! I don’t have to always wear long sleeves, or feel weird when I get a pedicure lol. They actually made my life better. And for that I am soooo thankful for them, because I have to be on camera allot. I highly recommend HoneyDew ☺️
