Convenient, Compassionate, and Effective
After a year of tears, frustration, and trying to navigate my teenage daughter's acne journey, I decided to take a chance on Honeydew rather than going the traditional in office dermatologist route. Looking back, it was one of the best decisions we've made. From the start, I've been incredibly impressed by the level of care, responsiveness, and support we've received. The entire process has been surprisingly simple and far more convenient than I ever expected. Our doctor was thoughtful and thorough, encouraging us to try an alternative treatment before jumping straight to Accutane. We appreciated that approach and gave it a fair shot. When the results weren't where we hoped they'd be, we moved forward with Accutane, and it has truly been a game changer. As someone who didn't struggle with acne growing up, this was an entirely new experience for me. While I understand there are far more serious challenges families face, the impact severe acne can have on a young person's confidence is heartbreaking to witness. To my daughter, this was a very big deal, and seeing her regain confidence has been such a gift, not just for her, but for me as her mom. The main reason I'm writing this review, however, is to recognize our Patient Care Coordinator, Elizabeth V. She has been an absolute gem throughout this process. Her responsiveness is remarkable, often answering questions quickly and thoughtfully, even outside of typical business hours. She consistently makes us feel supported and cared for, and she's always ready to help at a moment's notice. In fact, we could tell when she was out on PTO. The response times noticeably slowed. That's how much of a difference she makes. If I could convince her to come work for our business, I would in a heartbeat. She's exactly the kind of employee every company hopes to have: the one customers wish they could steal for themselves. 😉 Thank you, Honeydew, for making a difficult season so much easier for our family.
