I always had a hard time with dermatologist not listening and taking full good care of me. With Honeydew I can trust and I know I’m in good hands and have dermatologist in my corner. They respond extremely fast and listen to every detail and want to help better my skin!

I wanted to try honeydew because I needed a telehealth option for acne treatment. I knew that I wanted an isotretinoin prescription and had doubts that it would be an easy experience because of iPledge and things like that. I was completely wrong. The providers are responsive and very helpful in making sure you’re following the right steps, especially if you are able to get pregnant and want to make sure you meet all of the monthly requirements. There was a delay in my initial prescription delivery because of issues with UPS and honeydew very calmly walked me through what to expect. It was frustrating because I was desperate and my care team really felt that with me. They resolved the issue, told me what I needed to do, and even provided a topical prescription that I was able to pick up while I waited for the iPledge lockout to expire. I just received my shipment today and I’m optimistic! I’ve even seen an improvement just from the topical prescription they provided. I was surprised to see any negative reviews at all because I’m honestly just so impressed. They are a newer company and those must have been from initial growing pains. I’m really so glad I found them!
