My old skincare company, Apostrophe, shut down. Honeydew was very accommodating in transferring over my prescriptions. The nurse practitioner was very nice and informative. My appointment only took a few minutes and my prescriptions arrived within a few days. My only negative thoughts are, my old company did not charge a monthly subscription fee and you did not need to have a telehealth visit, which I really liked.

Relatively easy online platform for getting accutane prescription with monthly check-ins and reminder on when to get blood tested. Only thing I would say is that the dermatologist will only meet you through zoom for a consultation in the beginning before you start your medication; after it is all just a monthly questionnaire that your dermatologist based on to message you and check in with you.

No complaints so far, only not giving a 5 star rating, because I am still in the early stages. Once my acne truly clears up, then I can confidently give 5 stars. But so far it’s all gone smoothly and they communicate with you very well.

My experience was pretty good I got my medication covered by my insurance and were ready to pick up almost the next day. The only thing that is annoying is that you have to contact their chat to get a medication that hasn’t been yet approved by insurance because you have to reach out to them but they usually respond pretty fast but overall it’s a great online service.
