I have just started using it. Sent my first invoice, proposal, contract and got a deposit!. I still have alot to learn but I am elated that I was able to maneuver through it and make it happen. I lovvvve it

I enjoy having all the features in one place. Other platforms are still catching up. However, the entire platform is not user-friendly and sometimes very clunky to use. One example is in regard to contracts. I wrote a completely new contract and included a JPEG of my logo in the document. I was unable to load that document into Honeybook contract templates because that is not a supported feature. I was forced to copy and paste the contract entirely into the templates and then simply type out my logo.

I'm a new user. The lack of support available is astounding. I'm thinking of going with someone else.

I am having trouble using some pricing functions and am unable to make invoices through your program. Would prefer to be able to speak to a person easier than making appointments or through messaging. The autosave takes a long time and in the middle of creating projects, so unable to get things done quickly and efficiently.

We have been locked out of Honeybook financials for 2 weeks and we have sent numerous emails, BEGGED for a live person to call us and spent over 12 hours trying to resolve and issue to no avail. Honeybook is holding over $2,000 of company money and will not release and NO ONE will help us! This is the WORST software ever and I am just trying out to move all of our records and get away from honeybook!!

I have enjoyed working with HB so far. It is a little clunky getting started, but I figured it out. I would like to see more of a CRM approach to retaining clients' information and also being able to email them easier. A place for making follow up notes with their contact information would be nice too.

This is a great platform!

A senior executive at HoneyBook directly contacted a client of a client to grill them on whether or not the client's client had met the HB client. Unethical, if not illegal.
