I Love HoneyBook!

Honeybook went from $200 to over $600. The software has so many quirks and is so slow. They do not value their clientele in the slightest and I will tell you their perks: they offer pretty text emails, pretty contact lead forms for your webpage, and that's it. As soon as you can find a company who offers legitimate client lead aesthetics, HoneyBook is done. Their robot/human "Victoria" or whatever else they name their humans are beyond measure in terms of BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. Their Team that "develops" all their tools are morons who have never run businesses. They are private equity loading up on debt destined for failure. EDIT: Honeybook did reach out to me discuss my experience. I have been a customer with them for about 6 years. I'm still not happy about the leap in pricing for the exact same product that has not substantially changed since I began using it all those years ago. They have an email auto generating reply feature that automatically defaults to agreeing to everything the sender requested and wanted. But mostly I remain upset that my "Unlimited Annual" was in no way grandfathered into the payment or plan I originally signed up for in 2021. They implemented tiers and jacked up the price for the same product.

So blessed I have been a customer for about five years and they have been amazing. It makes my amazing amazing customer relations and communications easy to manage. I’m so proud of you. I mainly use it for on boarding clients contracts and invoicing.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ HoneyBook has helped my business look and operate more professionally while taking so much of the back-end administrative work off my plate. I especially appreciate the floor-plan feature. It would be amazing to see mockup capabilities added in the future, perhaps through a Canva integration. Overall, HoneyBook has been an invaluable tool for my business, and I can’t wait to see what’s next!

Interface is fine but does not operate as a sales tool for following up on inquiries and projects. Not a great way to track communication unless you send an email that’s tracked. Absolutely no good reporting options. Crazy you can’t pull a report on outstanding balances.
