When I called to let your representative know that you had completely missed my order for a month (that’s on subscription) she didn’t know why. She immediately placed the order but I told her my 11-1/2 yr old shepherd (who has been kept mobile for years with your product) was almost out, she couldn’t rush the order. I didn’t get it for over a week so my dog was without it. I would have thought you could have overnighted it for a long-time customer. Otherwise, we love your product!
