I gave three stars because I honestly, don't see a difference yet in my dog. So I am in the middle. Maybe he hasn't been on the CBD long enough.

The CBD itself seems to be working OK, I have yet to give him a full dropper but my problem is...you can't get the bottle open! I struggle with it everyday afraid the bottle is gonna break.

Every time I order it takes minimum of 10 days or more to receive the product. So my last order I called to have it sent earlier knowing how long the turn around time is. I paid the extra $10.95 to get product ASAP and it still took 7 days to receive that! I emailed complaining that I paid the extra fee but did not receive product in the 3-5 days promised. I was told someone would get in touch with me regarding this and I have yet to hear from anyone. Tired of ordering products every 2 weeks because it takes so long to get it so I decided to cancel . I told them I would at least expect a refund for my so called expedited order and no response .
