Thank you for always going above and beyond!
I have been buying products for years for my dog that has seizures. I LOVE Honest Paws and trust their products 100%! Most recently I tried to take advantage of a special but couldn't get the free product that was part of the special. Miriam went above and beyond to make it right and make sure I was happy. Thank you so much Miriam Ramirez and Honest Paws! You have changed my pups life!

Genesis delivers great customer service
Genesis was a big help in resolving a delivery issue. Since we use this product to manage our senior kitty's arthritis pain, it was really important to us that we get our next shipment before we run out of our current supply. A big thank you to Genesis for resolving a delivery issue and making sure our kitty got his pain medicine.
