Crystal Tabares is an amazing customer service provider. I had a complicated, messed up account and I was beyond frustrated. Crystal was able to look back over everything and was extremely patient with me. She provided a great solution and was a fantastic listener. I love the Honest Paw products and have been using them for about 7 years. I had some issues with auto ship and billing that were extremely frustrating. However, because of Crystal and her great customer service, I am going to keep my account with Honest Paws. Kudos to Crystal, she is a huge asset to your team.

My standard goldendoodle has had some neurological issues and since he has bee. Taking the well CBD, he hasn’t had any issues. Honest Paws CBD was recommended by my son whose dog has epilepsy. Since he has been taking Honest Paws, he has not had a seizure. Just this past week, I attended SuperZoo (our laboratory is in the veterinary med space) in Las Vegas and had to opportunity to stop by the booth. I enjoyed the opportunity to learn more about the CBD oils as well as additional products. In addition, I really like the fact that it is a veteran owned business.

Best customer service. Antonio was so helpful. UPS notified me that my order was delivered. It was not anywhere to be found. Antonio had my replacement order taken care of in under 5 min. He was kind and efficient. This was my first order from HP and because of today it won't be my last. Thank you!!!

Great product which the dogs love. The only issues are breakage in the packages (which likely cannot be helped especially with the new smaller form). I do wish we had a choice of shapes. My older dog gets whole ones and the younger gets small pieces at times.

I received a bottle in the mail of cbd oil for my dog. It was leaking through the plastic seal. Once I took the seal off, I discovered the cap(dropper) was not screwed on tight. I let honest paws know about this, for future problems. Gina Perkins helped me, and sent me a new bottle, which I was not expecting. She was such a great help. Thank you so much, Debra Smith

Gina was prompt and honest when I inquired about why my package wasn't delivered. She also sent out a replacement very quickly and I received it within the week that I sent the email asking for help.

The CALM CBD for Dogs has worked well for my Pup. The automatic reorder worked as needed. My order arrived on time and in good condition.

Genesis made my tough week a bit easier. Very understanding. For months I have been using wellness for my guy in his senior years. The tincture gave him so many more sunrises to wheel around the house in his special wheelchair. We are so thankful for that. He crossed the rainbow bridge this week. He gave us 21 more months than initially diagnosed. We believe he passed away at 20 years old.
