Customer Service Above and Beyond
I emailed customer help because I needed to remove an item from future auto ship orders because my Corgi who I bought it for has crossed the Rainbow Bridge. An order including the Calming Hemp Oil was in transit. I heard back almost immediately. Genesis, the customer service rep, was very kind and courteous. Not only did Genesis express sympathy for the loss of my dog, I learned that I was going to be credited for the cost of the oil I can no longer use. I am truly touched by such kindness and generosity. Customer care of this kind is rare. All I asked was to no longer have the oil sent in future orders. Genesis went above and beyond. Honest Paws is a customer-centered company and Genesis is a top notch employee who does more than what is expected. What a marvelous work ethic! After replying, Genesis again wrote a very sincere note further consoling me for the loss of Niles. I will very highly recommend Honest Pet to all of my pet-owning friends. By the way, the All Natural Jerky Chicken Treats are my other Corgi’s new favorite treat!! They are a very high quality treat.
