The formula for our CBD treats changed? They're harder and they're not perforated to break in the middle any more. I prefer the old treats and will look into alternatives.

I always have great customer service experiences with the Honest Paws team as they are always ensuring that consumers are satisfied, regardless of the issue. Ramiro assisted me with an issue I was having with a recent order of mine and Ramiro was professional, friendly, and efficient in getting it resolved. In addition to the great products, it is staff like Ramiro that ensure returning customers like me.
