Honest Paws mobility CBD oil immediately helped my dog. My dog is 14 years old, and has her share of wear and tear, and arthritis. She's still happy and playfull, and loves her life, but the amount of groaning she would do as she laid down and tried to get comfortable was heartbreaking. After the first dose of Honest Paws mobility CBD oil, her comfort level was notably improved, and her appetite for play has increased as well. The customer service was unparalleled as well. The agent assigned to my chat session was knowledgeable about the products that were right for my dog and which would be the best price point for me.

it took almost two weeks to get my order. when i placed it it never went through because there was an issue regarding an upgrade or changeover of systems at HP. I was wonder where my order was and why there was no tracking so a week later i looked it up and it appeared to still be in process.

I am using calm for one of my dogs and it seems to be working. We are about a month in. I am also using well for my other dog who is allergic to everything and apoquel is hard on him. I started him on Well and he is better plus eating really well also. I am hoping it continues. 4 stars only because it's a little pricey with two dogs.

I really liked my first couple of orders. The cookies were a nice structure with a channel down the middle. Easy to break. My dogs are 18 lbs and 30 lbs. So breaking them is crucial to "dosing" them properly. The last two batches have been significantly different. They are strucured different. Not in a good way. They are much harder. Gone is the channel that made them easy to break. These are a real pain to break and usually break into little bits. I'm really not impressed with this change. I'm considering not buying any anymore. Currently shopping for a different source or just making my own cookies. It a shame this is the choice your company made. You had such a nice product and and in my opinion, you ruined your product.

Had an issue with my address not being recognized at check out. Emailed support and had the issue resolved within 24 hours. Plus recieved multiple follow up emails to make sure I was satisfied and our dogs CBD needs were met.

I have a dog that has severe seizures and the store that carries your product was out, so I order the peanut butter from your website. Unfortunately it took over 2 weeks to receive the shipment and when I called in at day 6 I was told it had already shipped and to expect by the end of that week.That was a blatant lie. Meanwhile my dog had 2 seizures and I had to take him to the vet. Your product is great , but your customer service needs a lot of work. I am trying to decide to keep using this product for Jaxon or to start researching an alternative.
