Update: After my review was posted, the company reached out to me again. They worked to make things right and were kind enough to offer free items for trial to compensate for the hassle. Chrissy was very kind. On Jan. 17 I ordered 2 bottles of CBD oil for my 11 year old Alaskan Malamute who is suffering from a hip issue. My order was expected Jan. 24. I never received the shipment and my tracking link said it was never dropped off to the carrier. On Feb. 14 the company emailed to check in with me on how my experience went. I explained that I hadn't received anything yet. Their customer experience rep. reached out to me and I was told it was scheduled to be delivered Feb 16. Here it is Feb 29 and I still have nothing. My tracking still says nothing has been dropped off to the carrier. So I've had to file a dispute on my credit card for $200+ for items not received. Edit: honest paws said they'd email me 2 days ago. I've heard nothing. Radio silence. But it sure does look good that they responded saying they wanted to make it right, maybe they think people won't notice they lied, again.

Genesis was very quick to respond with the most helpful information and getting me pointed in the right direction so that I was able to make a purchase suitable for my senior cats. I'm very impressed with the speed of response and especially the information that was provided to me. If you're on the fence or unsure what products are best for your pet I highly recommend emailing or calling! The products work, we used it for our dogs arthritis and cancer. It worked great for the arthritis but unfortunately the cancer was too aggressive but it helped keep our dog calm and comfortable. Highly recommend CBD oil.

I received my subscriptions on time and regularly, and when my dog passed they cancelled the subscription, and Antonio offered condolences which made me feel both heard and cared for.
