Need large breed sizes of products
The packages and quantities are geared more towards smaller breeds. I have 2 German shepherds, so it gets expensive really fast.

Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. We understand your concern about package sizes and quantities not being ideal for larger breeds like German Shepherds. We now offer both regular and small bites that may better suit your needs. You can check them out on our website. Your input is valuable, and we'll take it into consideration as we strive to improve our product offerings. Thank you for giving our product a chance. ~From Your Honest Paws Family 🙏🏻🐾

Expedited shipping took 7 days, no refund, bad experience
I placed my order on a Tuesday. I paid $10.99 for expedited shipping. My order did not arrive until seven days later. In no way is that “expedited shipping.” When I reached out to customer service to complain, I was told that it was well within their delivery window and that there was nothing they could do. I ended up refunding my entire order. It was more important to the company to gouge me on shipping than it was to retain a customer. Also, competitor brands are cheaper, ship faster, and higher quality. I do not recommend this company.

Good follow-through
Miriam has been conscientious about following through on the issue I had with shipping and delivery. The delay in receiving the product ordered was due to the post office--not something she could control.

We're glad we could address the issue for you, and we appreciate your patience. If you have any further questions or concerns, feel free to reach out. ~From Your Honest Paws Family 🙏🏻
