The CBD oil I was getting was great. Then they discontinued the product. I saw no notification for it, went and ordered more they took my money for it. 9 days later I didn't have the product and reached out only to be told they discontinued the product. So they discontinued it, let me order it, then took my money for all while knowing it was discontinued and chose not to reach out to me to let me know it was discontinued. So make sure if you're a subscriber, your watching you get your product when you order it. Otherwise, they'll just take your money and not say a thing.

It is still very confusing to use the rewards toward a subscription. Same with the app.

My experience has been great with the ordering. I haven’t used the treats yet. My dog had 3 seizures after starting a new supplement. After I identified the culprit and returned it, I have been hesitant to start a new product. My dog is rallying after being off the supplement and is doing well. In time I will give her a calming treat and see how she does with it.
