ER visit caused by medication script negligence
I was initially impressed with my telehealth physician, who seemed attentive and thorough during our consultation. However, the follow-up and care management have been wildly unprofessional and a major safety concern. The physician completely overlooked asking about critical allergy notes, which is a dangerous error when prescribing medication and landed me in the ER with an allergic reaction. Furthermore, there was a severe lack of organization and professionalism regarding prescription dosing and state licensing requirements. While the platform itself operates smoothly, this level of clinical negligence regarding medical histories and basic administrative compliance is unacceptable for a healthcare provider. I expected a much higher standard of patient safety and professional oversight.
