Dr. Santorufo listened to me, and explained the why's around her suggested treatment plan. I am so glad to have finally found a doctor to take a close look at my hormones and find solutions.

My doctor was SO amazing. Super clear explanation of my lab results and Hone looks at the entire picture. Thyroid, cholesterol, anemia, blood sugar, and I found out multiple prescriptions I assumed were working were not doing anything for me. Looking forward to feeling better and I highly recommend this way of caring for your total health.

My doctor was familiar with my lab work results and listened to my symptoms. She presented a great treatment plan and we got it ordered. I was very happy with my doctor and consultation.

I have been using Hone services since March 2026. I have had great service with my doctor. However, there have been several billing issues where I am charged every 2-3 weeks for prescriptions that are monthly. I have not gotten that resolved. I have now been out of medication for 2 weeks. I asked for it to be sent to my local pharmacy to avoive the two week billing and that has not happened et. I emailed 3 days ago and informed them that it still was not there and I have emailed every day for 3 days with no response. If it was not for my doctor I would cancel my services and give this a 1 star review

Dr did an amazing job at explaining my results. I was comfortable talking to him and it was very easy to get online and join my appointment.

The doctor listened, which is so rare, and which I deeply appreciated. He was also familiar with my history which impressed me. Overall, great first visit!
