Mixed experience—great medical start, but frustrating scheduling The initial process with this agency was seamless. Ordering the blood test and getting the lab work completed was very easy and efficient. However, the follow-up care has been a major disappointment. I have had my consultation with the nurse practitioner rescheduled four times now—always at the very last minute. Each time, I rearranged my own personal schedule to accommodate them, only to find out at the eleventh hour that they had moved the appointment again. To make matters worse, they do not ask if I am available for the new times. They just place the appointment on random days, completely ignoring the availability preferences I provided at the beginning of the process. While the early medical logistics were good, the lack of communication and disrespect for a patient's time makes it very hard to recommend them.

The Dr and staff are great. Waiting for a Dr visit takes forever and getting medication. Don’t even mention it. It takes at least three weeks in order to receive medication. When it’s time to refill there, sometimes in back order and change medications without telling you and then you have to start the whole process all over again for an additional three weeks. In the meantime, you’re left with no medicine. They truly don’t care. If you don’t speak to a Life person you speak strictly to the computer. I can’t wait to have insurance and eliminate them since I’ve been dealing with them for quite some time. I guess. Some medication is better than no medication but truly my experience has been absolutely horrible.

Extremely disappointed with the lack of physician availability. I chose this company for their women's health program and completed my lab work, but the follow-up process has been a complete nightmare. I have tried for weeks to schedule an appointment with a physician to go over my results, only to be repeatedly told that they are "backed up" and have limited availability for consultations in Massachusetts. After waiting weeks with no solution or appointment in sight, I finally gave up and went with a competitor. It is incredibly frustrating to pay for lab tests and then be left stranded without the medical care or consultations required to actually start treatment. If you live in MA, be prepared for massive scheduling delays.

I'm a little disappointed with the services. I paid $45 for the initial test then I had to pay $178 for the monthly consultation fee. After I sent my test off they told me that the results were inconclusive so I had to pay another $45 for a more intense test. After my consults another two weeks went by and I got a message saying that before they would ship any of the recommended medications they wanted to send a third test. To their credit they did refund me a month subscription. It has now been 3 months since I started this journey and I'm still waiting for the third test and unable to contact anyone but the AI doesn't have any kind of tracking number 3 weeks later for the package that was supposed to be shipped out within 24 hours

Started out great albeit expensive. At the six month mark they became unresponsive to requests for missing subscription items. Then the care provider didn’t show up after I was told to log in 20 mins before a meeting and waited for 45 mins total. I was told she was running late…then nothing. I sent messages but still no one rescheduled the mtg or continued my medication. I’m completely disappointed at the lack of follow through and communication.

I’ve had a very frustrating experience with Hone’s appointment reliability and customer support. For my most recent consultation, the doctor simply did not show up. I waited more than 20 minutes past the scheduled time and received no message, explanation, or update from Hone. I contacted support afterward and did not receive a timely response. What makes this particularly frustrating is that Hone has a $50 no-show policy for patients, yet there does not appear to be comparable accountability when a provider misses an appointment. This is also the second time I’ve experienced a significant delay with a scheduled consultation. These appointments require customers to block out time from work and other responsibilities, and the lack of communication makes the experience much worse. Consultation access is advertised as part of the service, so I expect those appointments to be delivered reliably or, at minimum, for Hone to proactively communicate when there is a problem. Based on other reviews I’ve read, my experience does not appear to be unique. I’ve asked Hone to explain what happened, properly reschedule the appointment, and provide a $50 credit for the time lost. The medical service may have value, but the scheduling and support experience needs significant improvement.

Slow process and slower response times. Took a week and two lab tests to get approves. Paid for the expensive service and still waiting for the TRT 3 weeks later. Doctors are great but Hone customer support is basically non-existent.

They do give the labs and consultation for $65. But, in order to get your meds, it is an ongoing subscription of $139 or more plus meds monthly. They wont give you a script
