Dr. Fritz was well prepared for my consultation and also gave me additional feedback on my tests results that were very helpful.

Great consultation

Not sure what any of the bad reviews are for. I signed up and was able to immediately book an appointment for my blood draw. I then waited a week for my test results and was able to speak with a DR via video call. He answered all my questions and concerns and was respectful great company so far.

Overall the consult was okay. I was surprised that the provider wasn’t more concerned about things from my last that I was concerned about. Reviewing the provider’s notes from our consult today, I’m gravely disappointed in the experience. It reads as a vastly different conversation than I experienced. Sweeping statements and assumptions were made regarding various aspects of my health, all of which could have been clarified had the provider asked more questions. Further, some aspects of the consult notes are in direction opposition to what was said during our consult. Following our consult, I sought out additional medical opinions for the provider’s treatment plans and my labs. There seems to be a consensus that the provider’s treatment plan is missing the mark. To clarify, the plan is not explicitly wrong, but is not comprehensive, thus “missing the mark”.

Dr. Gordon was thorough and comprehensive asking questions about my full health picture. She was compassionate and easy to talk to.

Doctor was attentive, informative and responsive. Highly recommend him to anyone.

The process was simple, easy and quick. The consult (Natalie) explained it in relatable terms and made is very easy to understand the how’s and whys. Looking forward to starting the treatments. I would highly recommend Hone for anyone seeking to improve their health.
