Although I had a pleasant experience with Dr. Bivens who addressed my concerns very well. I feel the Hone advertising and pricing are very deceptive. Starting the process you have no idea what the costs will be except the $65 for the initial lab testing and first consultation with a physician. Beware the membership is more than the medications and there are zero options for less expensive alternative memberships. Basically if you want the medication you have to pay a ridiculous price for the membership on top of medications. And I still can't see from the app what's supposed to be included in the membership and what fees I will incur additionally.

They are affordable, the doctor I have been seeing seems to really understand the woman’s needs for thyroid and hormone, balancing, definitely more than a mainstream doctor. They are trained to telepathically that are also trained towards functional medicine, which makes them very practical.

Just signed up. So far so good, blood work scheduled and completed, I was advised that preliminary results are back and i will receive the final results soon. Customer service has been excellent, quick response to questions. Anxious to move forward.

Slow process and slower response times. Took a week and two lab tests to get approves. Paid for the expensive service and still waiting for the TRT 3 weeks later. Doctors are great but Hone customer support is basically non-existent.

They do give the labs and consultation for $65. But, in order to get your meds, it is an ongoing subscription of $139 or more plus meds monthly. They wont give you a script

For women, they don't test iron. They don't test ferritin and they don't test LSH. This company is strictly for sales and the creams are extremely expensive. I don't doubt that the creams work but I'm trying to get to the underlying cause of my hormonal disruption. Customer service was decent and the doctor was kind however unprofessional. She was in her home and looked like she was ready for bed.

Communication is slow, took 5 days to hear back about cancelling membership due to hidden membership costs once your care plan is issued and meds are prescribed. Then all of a sudden it was $155 per month plus you pay for meds, you pay for labs, you pay for everything. The membership is a hidden fee which entitles you to slow communications and ????
