Dear Veronika Benson, Thank you for taking the time to leave this feedback, and we sincerely apologize that your experience with us fell so far short of expectations. We are truly sorry for the frustration caused by the delivery delay, the product quality issues, and especially for the unsatisfactory resolution process that followed. The situation you described is not the standard we wish to uphold. While our initial intention in offering a partial refund is often to provide a swift and convenient solution for minor issues, we fully recognize that it was not an appropriate response for the significant quality problems you encountered with crooked details. Thank you for holding us accountable. Your feedback is crucial, and we are using it to improve our product quality and customer service protocols. We wish you the best in your future endeavors. Sincerely, Homeyfad Team
