In my opinion you are doing a great…
In my opinion you are doing a great job. How difficult is for seniors to take care of their own personal matters and on top of that write payroll checks and make the require reports. Thank you very much. About the coronavirus, we stay at home all the time.

Great Experience!
Great Experience! Homework Solutions has handled my tax needs for our nanny since 2016. They have done a great job and have always been very responsive to any questions I may have. I would highly recommend Homework Solutions!

I don't like the interface
I don't like the interface. Important documents are lost in the clutter. It is hard to reach out to service reps. Basically I'm not a fan of the system but I don't have time to find an alternative.

Hi Anne, Sorry to hear you don't like the interface. You may be happy to learn that we have some upgrades in the works, and you can expect to see them later this year. In the meantime, you can always find all of your important documents in your eFiling Cabinet. They can be sorted by date, pay period, or document type by clicking on the column headers at the top. Hopefully this trick makes it a bit easier for you to find what you need. If not, give us a call or send us an email and we'll get right back to you. We're available Monday-Friday from 8:30am-7:00pm EST.
