I was excited to order b/c someone I know uses the products. I ordered the bands. I waited and then got a notice that the product had been delivered. It had not. I assumed, nbd, I will just email them. Multiple unanswered emails. I am fine with issues popping up, but they don't ever respond. I would not recommend ordering b/c you will never hear back from the.

The customer service has become completely unresponsive since I asked for a refund. My order never made it through the shipping process and it’s been over 2mo. Still this company refuses to send me a new item or refund me even tho they confirmed there is an issue. Instead they have provided me with FedEx’s contact info and zero context what I’m supposed to do with that. It should never be the customer’s responsibility to find a product a company failed to send. This company is bullsht and so are all these 5 star reviews. Read the other negative ones, they all are exactly like what I’m writing here. What a waste of time it has been dealing with this. AVOID!!!
