After more than two months, the bands I ordered arrived (which CS blamed on covid and sent me very lengthy explanations and screenshots of). That’s because they shipped from China, and it arrived at my door in a black, taped up plastic bag. For $60, I’d at least expect it to arrive in a box. First impressions were they were NOT the model that was posted on their website. The ones I got were cheaply made and the stitching on the straps were not even secure. I used them right away, and after a few reps, the door anchor snapped and hit me in the face. I contacted CS wanting my money back sending them pictures of their junk product and they refused to issue a refund. Avoid this company! UPDATE: Interesting to note that Homeprogym claimed this page shortly after I posted this review, and more than a hundred “five star” reviews popped up within hours of each other. Rather than refund me the $60 i paid them for what turned out to be an unsafe, sub-par quality product, I'm glad they're using it to provide work for the good people in India and the Philippines who posted all these glowing reviews to bury a few bad reviews! No mate I placed the order on homeprogym.com after seeing @clarkfit on Instagram promote your bands and I used his code for the discount. I have the full email thread from your pal Luke refusing to refund me and the HOMEPROGYM charge on my cc statement. My experience is exactly like all the other bad reviews you got.

I ordered my product over 3 months ago, never received it. After contacting the customer care team they insisted on blaming Covid-19 and that my product would be with me soon and they would send me a tracking number. After not receiving a tracking number and waiting another month I asked for a refund. I am now being ignored by the customer care team and am being given no indication as to when my product/refund might arrive.
